Easy. Silver will enjoy anything. The very fact that you're putting any effort into it, thinking through what he may or may not like: THAT, more than anything, is what he will latch onto and be so overjoyed about.
As a serious and helpful answer, though... He does enjoy some games. Perhaps you could take him to an arcade? He does not enjoy them as much as I, but he still finds joy in them. Or, perhaps you could take him to the forest and have a picnic there? I am sure Rook or Jade would be happy to help you make some food, or you could pick some up from one of the LIER run places.
Or! Go to a flower shop!! Pick out some pretty plants together for the greenhouse~
